I love the embroidery designs using the alphabet. I haven't seen them before. This was a lot of work. Very impressive.

I'm a quilter at heart, and I like the variety in this quilt. It's not just one kind of Sunbonnet Sue design or framed all the same way. At the same time, your thread choices were more limited which helped tie the quilt together. Keeping the designs pretty much the same size added to the balance. I'm not normally a Sunbonnet Sue fan, but that alphabet is adorable and so well stitched out! Good work!! Your son will treasure it!
