I have created a file to do some purses ITH like Anacastanheiro have in her post :http://projects.cuteembroidery.com/8959018_conjunto-carteiras.html

I want to share it with you cuties but I see we have to indicate licence etc.
Question: I do not have a licence can I post it without?

As far as I know you can post your projects to share in the Designs by Cuties with no license. Suzanne

You do not need a license. You do need to make sure the design is your original design, digitized by you. If you used someone's artwork to create your design you need to give credit to that person in the proper section and be sure it was OK to use that art.

This is the STANDARD LICENSE:
Copyright: These design are protected by International & US Copyright Laws. The Design Files are licensed, not sold, to you. You have a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to use the Design Files. THIS LICENSE IS LIMITED TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL, INTERNAL USE ONLY: gifts and individual items for resale at craft markets, and bazaars. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of these designs or any portion of them, by email or any other means, is strictly prohibited. The digitised files and/or artwork cannot be sold, given away, shared or transferred in any way.
It is already there for your use.
YOUR LICENSE would be any additional restrictions that you would put on the use of your design. Such as: NOT FOR SALE FOR PROFIT. (if that were your restriction)
So you can post without adding to the license, but it must be an original design that you have digitized OR artwork that you have purchased with permission to digitize it. You must also give credit to the artist. ;)
