here is another try I sure hope that is works this time.

quilt in progress, if you look closely you will see the blue square outlines, if you mark your fabric & do your stitching inside the blocks THEN you cut out your blocks you will save on fabric & backing. I have not pressed it yet as the blue marker will dissappear when heat pressed & I still need the marks
