I have bought 2 years ago on christmas some designs on sale and Gerda sent them to me about 3 hours later per mail! PErfect such a fast delivery even on holidays :o)

Ordered and paid about 8 am...it is now 3:49 pm and checked the email and it is not in there. I am not saying anything is wrong but could not remember how I got it last time. I think she was such a nice person last time I ordered and she helped me choose what I needed. I was just wondering if I needed to go to her site and where to find it. Thank you for helping.

I ordered James this morning and it was emailed by lunchtime. I used Mike's PayPal account so it was emailed to him. Which one did you get?

Be patient Cuties, I too ordered Walter and did receive it the next day. It was late that I ordered it. It isn't an automatic download, the designs are e-mailed to you.

Mine was in my email the next day. Just be paitient. We get used to immediate downloads and this spoils us when we have to wait. Hugs Shirley

It now is 10:51 pm and I just checked another email and it was in there....I got to try to change email in Pay Pal again....I hope it takes this time. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Thank you for talking about this site. I had to go look for it to see what you were talking about. They soft toys there are wonderful. I ended up buying teddy 2. I'm going to try and add the link in case someone else whats to go look and maybe buy.
