Wine bags. Made these for my sister's street festival. I made them from window valences.They were samples for Walmart stores. Got the beads from Joann's. The stitched design is from a Cd I have had for ages.

Thank you cuties for your comments and flowers to all. If you right on design the stitches show up better. Two have mylar. mylar does not show up well in photo!

They are pretty and like how you used the grape vine print valance for fabric.

When I saw the valences , I knew they would work , but the crazy part was to to do as little as possible to turn then into wine bags. I used the already casing to run the cord and added the beads from Joanne and tied a knot on the end.
