A Lady asked me if I had any Daffodil embroidery patterns. She doesn't like yellow but loved King Alfred Daffodils. I was going to just stitch out some samples to show her and realised that this was stupid so decided to make the towel toppers instead. The orange trumpet Daffodils are as close to the original colours as suggested by Embroidery Library, but I did one like the King Alfred Daffodil. Which do you like best?

Beautiful display. This is a tough choice but I have to admit, I am drawn to the 3rd from the left. I love the single daffodil that is yellow.

That is the one that is supposed to be the King Alfred.

I've been wondering if you were OK - haven't seen you for a while.
These towels are lovely but I have to agree that I like the King Alfred Daffodils best.

Have had a bad winter Alma. I was great till the family came up in July and passed a rotten cold onto me and then got second cold and now sinus. Love the Spring but I am suffering.

I should have taken a close up but you can see them in Embroidery Library under Daffodils.

These look really lovely Lyn. What a great idea to create something rather than just sewing a sample on a piece of fabric. She may just buy the lot, lol Shirley
