A friend told me about these pens she uses instead of the more expensive disappearing marking pens.
Pilot Frixion ball retractable erasable pen comes in several different colours.Made in Japan. $2.88 at Big W in Australia.It is like a biro.The ink can be removed by using the rubber at the top of the pen or by ironing.Ink will reappear at approx minus 20 degrees

I bought a set of 6 different colors and absolutely love them. I found it to be faster to use the iron to remove the ink. I purchased mine from my Janome dealer as I get 20% off and it was less then other places. I'm in Arkansas, USA. Hugs..Carol

I have only seen the 'usual' pen colours here in South Africa. Do they make them in white so I can use them on dark fabric? Sarah.

They make a pink and purple one - I just ordered them to try them on darks. Haved blue one for lites and just love it.

I have used them for about a year, i got my first two (red and light blue) at the craft and quilting show and love them and i got black dark blue last week in coles for $3 each love them too, i didnt see any white

I have been using and love them most of the time. Be careful using them on dark fabrics as they can leave an white outline of the design you drew. Don't know if it will wash out.

Be careful i had been using them for about a year ,the last one i bought was pink and will not iron out compleatly. Tried lemon juce and salt ,that did help a little.

Try lemon juice and bi-carb soda, mixed to a paste, then put outside in the sunshine. This will usually do the trick.

Sunshine is very hit and miss in the UK, with more rain than sun...
Doesn't lemon juice+sun = bleach?
