We have Cuties around the world so my question, do any of you find these threads in your market or are they only in the Middle East and Asia? Alos, how do you like them?

Thanks all Dolly

No I have never seen them here in the USA. We have other brands that may be similiar. Looks like nice work in the background too. Suzanne

Haven't seen the brand here in the UK, Dolly. I thought it might have been Egyptian cotton but I can see the label says made in Japan. Jan

I did bring back a bunch of Sulky colors from the US, and even purchased a 101 spool set that I'm still using.

I bought a lot of these cotton spools when I lived in Jeddah and use them mainly for my overlocker (serger) I don't like to use them on my sewing machine.

Yvonne, you asked about colors, there is quite a range of them! Thanks all for your comments, I have been using only these threads because that's what is available in the market and they sew out pretty nice.

I think these threads are Rayon and may not be colorfast.
by dollygk 10 Oct 2012
Yes they are Rayon and I noticed that they get darker when washed, which I do with my FSL.

They're obviously shiny embroidery threads, I see that now, and very nice too... I thought it was sewing cotton, that's why I mentioned Egypt, doh. Jan

I also now see they are shiny :) I bought tons of those as well and am still using them with no problems :)

I've only had problems with a couple of the black colors, for some reason they seem to break more often.
