Hi
I have a subscription for 12 months with Cute which I have paid for. I also have purchased 5 designs as I could not download them without purchasing. Now I have purchased and I am still unable to download them it comes up and tells me (! Internet Explorer could not find f.embpersons.com) emb persons cute cuteembroidery 8643202 85532. I have attempted to email support but have not recieved a response. Is anyone able to assist me.

Welcome to the Cute family. It is a common mistake, unfortunately. Please click on the picture. Do not click on Add to Cart. When you click on the picture, it will take you to a screem and you look for the green member's download button. .

Hi Thanks for this. When I do this it tells me that it cannot find embperson and no green members download button appears - thanks for trying to assist as it is quite annoying that I am unable to retrieve me designs which should not have cost me any money as a member but I have paid for them and still cannot retrieve them. I am finding support help desk has not responded and the embperson generated response says to click on the support link but this tells me that the embperson page cannot be found.

when you go to designs and pick one, click on the picture. next is a picture of design and on the right side it says add to cart or freedownload click on your format and it should bring up the download box. see if this works

Go there and send a message to --- test -- . You will get results, I promise. When you get your first project done, please take a pic and post it in projects. Once you get to know where and how.... Click on the stitch out of the design that you want. It will take you to a new page with the design enlarged. Look over to your right: You will see add to cart OR

Click on the format that your machine uses. The design is now on your computer where ever you have designated your downloads to go.

I also had the same proplem with amazing embroidery designes computer crashed as i was going onto a server i wrot many letter to them but to no avail lost out big time love Rose
