I saw it earlier and fell in love, and went to Vicki's site to order. Somehow my design just did not get in the mix and I didn't receive the d/l e-mail. I sent a message and Vicki answered within the hour (I am sure she was just sitting right there with her hands in her lap waiting for me lol!) She got the d/l info to me and was very nice about the trouble I put her to. Wonderful to get good service, and we complain when service is bad, we should always always commet when it is good!
