Come on Debra lets have a picture of you. Someone last week was saying their hair dye had not turned out as expected. Enjoy the change

I don't think so, lol. I bought a darker brown so next week we will see. They don't recommend a second one so quick but hey, it's hair and I have hats.

So your hair maybe has the color of my kids hair when they were babies. They had both hair like a carrot. Seems you have good chances to be a blond soon *lol*
Hugs my dear and please a picture :o)

Oh Bettina, I have had red before and it doesn't compliment my skin color at all.

Well that is okay because there is always a new bottle of a different color to try.!! I remember one time I had my hair done professionally and it turned out orange. I was there all day long as they had to strip out all the color and start over.!!

My mom and I went to beauty school together and it was not at all uncommon to have "emergency" clients with purple, orange, blue and worst of all disolving hair race throught the shop doors in tears!
by leenova54 15 Oct 2012
I'd rather shave it short again!

I can recall having GREEN hair after I used a hair color. Worse, I DID not notice it (bad Light in Bathroom)and I went to work the next day. Of course the people I worked with were all very quick to point it out.

Sounds familiar, only mine seemed okay initially, but when I washed it the next time it turned green. I didn't realize it in the bathroom light. Funny part was, it was the only time my mom (beautician) ever used that dye and the only time I was ever able to talk my brother into getting it done with me. We both found out when we went to work. He got a worse deal at work than I did! LOL

So far I washed it once after the initial dye wash, we will see. If only my camera program hadn't decided to not let me upload a pic!

A hair stylist told me that to get light hair dark you need to first put in red tones and then go back and put in the browns. The next box of hair color should even out the color for you. In the mean time let us know if Blondes have more fun. lol

Blonds are supposed to have more fun Debra!!! Having been a bottle blond for more years than I can remember, I am enjoying my 'silver' hair now - and it is in much better condition. LOL. Hugs Sarah.

It's no where near blonde. I'm not even 60 and was mistaken for at least 62 last week, I have to get some of the white out and this red really looks fake!

My friend's sister is a beautician and said to wait a week and do it a shade darker so I will try a darker shade and it would work, won't pay someone, this should be pretty, lol!
