this stuff says it does,google permanent fabric stiffener and you'll find several options

I make dolls I paint and I use stiffy stuff on them makes them look great and shines

Cheap version is to mix white glue with water. IT is the same as modge podge.. Suzanne

Is the white glue mixture permanent? Or will it dissolve with water once it gets wet again?

Thanks! I had thought there was such a thing, but I couldn't find it anywhere. The sales ladies had no clue what I was talking about. I guess everyone was just out of stock.
