Me too! that is way I was confused upon the request. I obliged and later found out she wanted purple pansies and orange pansies. I guess this is a one of a kind!!

Kay, I love these! They turned out wonderful! I know Jan loved them also! Thanks for sharing ! I was wondering if I would get to see them after you got through with the towel! Jan is very lucky to have you for a little sister! I would give anything if we could take off and go to Tn in the next couple of days! I know it it beautiful up there right now! This is my favorite time of the year to visit. It is peak time for the fall leaves here in Ga so I know it is still beautiful up there also!

Wish I could be there also. my sister is a life long fan of Tennessee sports and Pat Summitt, former head coach of the Lady Vols came up with this idea of orange and purple pansies in honor of Alzheimer's disease of which she now suffers. I thought my sister wanted an orange and purple pansy. Turns out she wanted orange pansies and purple pansies. A lack of communication! Kay

I did no see the newspaper piece until after I had stitched the towel. I may do another one for her later in the correct hues Pat Summitt is a really revered lady coach at TN. Their will never be another!!!
