The little one is from embroidery garden & the bigger one is the same I just enlarged it. They are post~it note holders. I left the big one empty sew that you could see how they work, the middle tummy is a pc of fabric folded over to hold the notes. I love the wings on the big one as it has more fray on the fabric.
