Tea pot mug rug. It was only a matter of time I suppose - whilst testing this design I discovered that my machine makes a funny noise when it stitches through a CD!

Very nice I love this style tea pot. The crackle crunch of CD not a good snack for the macine. Hope your machine is happy.

Sue, I like this one also. But then I like all of your designs and ideas. Funny on the second one I made my machine made a funny noise also when It tried to stitch through the CD. Not much trouble though I had to change the needle and now I don't go back to the begining until I've taken the finished project out of the hoop. Operator error not because of the CD being inside. LOL

If it took this long for you find out what noise it makes when attempting to sew a CD you're doing very well, I'd say, Sue! Mine occasionally tries to sew snaphooks or D rings, so my needles could empathise with yours. This looks excellent though, even with the challenges it provided to you.

It was entirely my fault - I had included the edge of the lid in the final outline and it goes over the central circle. Good job I tested it before sharing!
