my PE Design ver 7 will not work when sending designs to my machine if I save or do anything in PE my machine says unable to use I have a PR620. I can drag the design to a flash as long as I have it saved but if I use PE to do anything machine will not accept. I just bought this so it was sealed never used until now, I did go and do updates
I am using Viking 4D right now machine will accept from this program. Any ideas what is going on?

Thank you all I figured it out. My pes in 4D is not recognized in PE for some reason. Since the program was new to me I was editing in my 4D and saving as a pes figuring that is what PE takes. Well not when I save it from 4D, I saved it as a hus file and imported to PE and it worked. guess as I learn the PE I wont use 4D as much lol
