YOOPEE I am doing the happy, happy dance. My viking dealer just called and they are replacing my Ruby with a new one and even giving me the new Ruby Deluxe that is now out. I am beside myself, feel like I just won the lottery. Get it at 9:30AM tomorrow.

I think my asking the technician what the sold the most of and serviced the least let them know that I was fed up (oh an my telling him so a few times didn't hurt, LOL)

I haven't had time to look into the difference between the 2 models but I do know that the tension control component is supposed to be superior. That is good news

Well it was in the shop for 2 months, got it back and they had to send it back to Toronto and so finally after a bit (maybe alot) of complaining they are replacing it.
