How do I get a message to Ms. Veronika that a download button on my download page is missing for a pack that I just ordered. I ordered the cute vintage sunbonnet Girl Pack #2561085. Payment went through by PayPal, but no formats are listed for downloading. Can any of you Moderators help?? Thanks.

I just checked on it and seems others had the same problem. I am a member and can not download it either. You can send a PM to test which is Miss Veronika's avatar. I am sure she will make it right.
