Now there is a banner above the header stating that this is unexpected downtime, networking maintenance at the hosting provider.

Message up top. We've been missing the pictures for a couple of hours but the message is new:

Apparently a system upgrade is taking them longer than expected, which is affecting access to our web servers. We expect that this issue should be resolved shortly, one way or another.
