What I think *should* have happened, Carolyn, was to trim off the hemmed part of the corner of the teatowel first, then I'd imagine the first thing to sew would be a placement line -an angle, to show you where to place the corner of your tea towel. It looks like you needed your towel placed quite a bit higher up, so that the very corner of the teatowel is covered by the design. You may be able to trim really closely around the upper edges of your teatowel then fold over your hems to both sides and the bottom to make it all work. It's a great design and a terrific towel to put it onto :) You'd then be able to hook the 'hole' over a doorknob or a hook to hang it.

thats right i did that but the top half sews into nothing??

I think you place some fabric over the top of the corner which you then trim to the edge of the design -like an applique. You'd probably want to have another piece of fabric cover the back of your work before the final satin stitch too, assuming it's the last thing to sew out :)

It looks nice what you did. Found the Instructions she posted with the design but the picture still isn't showing up.
1-Embroidery the first sequence of stitches
2-Align the towel in this sequence
3-embroidery the second sequence of stitches : This will stop the towel !!
4-Place on the fabric for the application with temporary spray for fabrics .
5- Embroidery the application to cute when the machine stop.
6 - Embroidery on this your favorite design !

I did all that on one and from the whole up is sewed unto nothing or wws or tearawy???

Ok maby the color order is wrong. The first stitches are supposed to mark where the towel shall be placed, then the next is to fix the towel on. then the third is a mark where the fabric shall be placed and the forth to fix the fabric.and cut the hole. That is how my picture show it on a similar pattern. Good luck
