I have just joined this group, and from a Google search found a design for an angel dog posted in September 2011. I downloaded the design, but it will not open. Can anyone help me with this or am I out of luck? There was also a posting, I believe in October, 2011, that a similar angel had been done for a cat. I would love to have that for a friend whose feline furbaby just passed. thank you for any help you can offer with either of these designs or other designs that would be similar. Kay welcome to Cute. At the moment there is maintenance from the web provider and its causing problems, so if you can wait a day or two you should be able to get what you want. There are many postings at the moment of designs not opening and problems. It is well worth waiting as there is so much help, advice and all sorts here.

Thanks for the info regarding the one that won't open. Sounds like I will need to re-download it later - maybe the one I did didn't download correctly due to the maintenance issue? Any thoughts on the angel cat design? thanks!

Where was your designs from - here on Cutie, designs by Cuties (DBC) or in the cute alphabets, cute cross stitch, amazing designs? Not what design you are talking about. Does it have a design ID after it? If we knew more, we might be able to help more. However, it may be as the other Cuties have suggested - you may have just downloaded while the site was under maintenance.
