Did anyone miss me? I have no inbox messages, no comment about my absence,you never even noticed I was gone.BooHoo-haha, just kidding. I had computer problems I need to tell you about, that my girlfriend/co-workers son, fixed and saved me over $150. in parts. One day I was looking at my designs and had pull 1 up close.Well the designs just started overlapping like they were corrupt.I knew they weren't because I used them b4. Well, I couldn't click ANYTHING, froze up so I unplugged pc. When I re-plugged it would just say monitor going to sleep and would not boot up. Well I took it to the friends son and he tried everything he knew to do and he knows EVERYTHING about pcs.Well, he told me it had to be my motherboard and since my pc is old, 6yrs old, the hookup wouldn't work with my old, so even tho my processor was good, it would have to be changed and something else for it all to hook up.Bear with me, I am trying to make it short. He ordered my parts,they came in, he went to install them and he found my problem. He said he has never run across this. I had a screw that grounds the pc missing, he discovered, when he went to remove my motherboard. He put a ground screw in and my pc works fine! Didn't charge me a thing, not even for the screw (he had one off an old pc, to replace it) He is able to return, which I told him I would pay return shipping. He said he isn't returning, gonna use the new parts and build his little girl a pc for xmas.I am lucky and thankful to have this guy. All is well that ends well....I know, most of you Cuties already thought I had a screw loose, you just didn't realize it was MISSING ! haha-Glad to be back and Happy Thanksgiving Cuties-Toogie
