I am looking for an embroidery design of a doll for a little girl who collects American Girl dolls. Does anyone know of a design they've seen that looks like some of the American Girl dolls ?

What about the Raggety Ann and Andy Doll? It is a cute cloth doll that has been around forever. Designs by Sick has freebies of her but I imagine you could buy one.
