Seems like I have been gone for so long but I am finally back. It really sucks when your computer takes a dump, mother board decided to fry. :( With the holidays and the horses there was just no extra money for a computer so it made it to my Christmas wishlist. Well, Christmas came early for me and what a wonderful holiday season a head of me. I won't go into deep details but my son and I lost each other about 15 years ago. Not a day goes by that I didn't/don't think of him and wish he was in our lives and prayed for it all to happen. Prayers are always answered, sometimes it just takes 15 years. My sons girlfriend bought me a laptop and overnighted it to me. At first I didn't know it was from her but from an email thanking her and wishing I could repay her somehow she replied back and said no repayment is necessary but she would like to try and help us get back as a family. I balled like a baby - thank you God for starting the communication for us to find our way back to each other. I haven't talked to him on the phone yet, it will be a process of emails first through his girlfriend but we are getting there. I'm so thankful today and I can't wait to hear his voice then I'll be looking forward to the day that I can hold him in my arms again. Like I said, I won't go into details about any of it, it's very personal but I just wanted to share a little bit and let everyone know "keep praying, prayers are answered when the time is right".
So I am back online, managed to save 99% of my files but eventually I'll get the rest off my desktop hard drive. It's great to be back and I'll be around as often as the horses allow me to.
I hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving and a very Blessed day. Hugs to all! ~ Sherry ~
