My daughter is a zoology major, and her vertabrates teacher is giving extra credit to anyone who brings in a cortacoid bone from their turkey. So, of course, we carved the meat off, cooked the skeleton, and she used her handy dandy scalpel to slice her way through the tendons to get the bone. Ahh, the memories... (We had planned on having ham.)
