very vibrant green polka dot so made a big bag to match it. I bought a pattern book from amazon and my husband threatened to throw it out if I didnt use it...well he said no more purchases of like items (sewing) until I used it. This was one of the patterns...I have to find the perfect button to match it. I added a row of pockets ot the lining which is purple cat halloween print...from the green on the inside.

I love your Big dots and you did great job. Hope this made your hubby happy to see your beautiful work. My hubby spoils me he knows my club house is just that mine. I get into his tools too. lol. I am supposed to behave & get help with some of them.

Your husband sounds like my kids. I have all these ideas buy the stuff then my back hurts when I get home then I forget what I was going to do with it. So much sewing stuff I can barley walk into my sewing room, about 75K embroidery designs & my kids r about to kill me lol

Ultimatum was to start having a hobby that paid for itself or no hobby...I told him that so it goes both ways...He is being a bit strict, but I have used 4 patterns. I have to give him credit he picked out this pattern..I picked out the fabric...as usual made with leftovers...

What a cute bag. You did a really good. My husband gave me an ultimatum about my quilting fabric. I have managed to use about 9 yds. which is only a drop in the bucket. I do tend to hoard fabric so at least this will help me to downsize some. I did go buy 6 yds of white today though. LOL (I realize I don't have many solid colors and white is one of them)
