It should have gone if you have opened all of the messages. It is a problem I haven't seen mentioned before.

mine is allways red with a 1 inside i wish i knew, I think I have them all done

Maybe someone has replied to one of your answers which makes it show that you have a new message. Try checking them all again. ;)

If you have only one reply or new comment in one if the PM that have many recipients you get a "+1". I had this even with a old PM from last year that somebody found now and replies to (seems I'm not the only one who found this function just after being here for more than 6 months *lol*). Is one of the PM bold?
