Here is suedewsbury's applique basket, the original pieces each fit in the 4x4 hoop, I enlarged it and added the butterflies that stitched out beautifully.I also make a 3D butterfly to sit on top of the handle that I closed with a piece of ribbon.

Taking the picture I had to laugh, the material is a dark purple but shows up blue and my son said it must have ultraviolet coloring that the cameral filters out???
