Grrrrr!! I have been struggling for 20 minutes trying to get the hoop onto the machine. The medium hoop goes on great, but the large one argues with me every time! It's now got to the point where it is hurting my hands. The medium hoop has a bit you can hold onto but not the large one, it's driving me mad. I have a Brother Innovis 750e - does anyone else have the same problem? It works fine when the hoop is on, it just takes an awful lot of effort to get it in position.

Two hours later and I still can't get it on, but still the other hoop goes on fine. I think it's time to go back to the shop and complain!!!

As its now shops open time in the Uk and am I correct its a new machine contact the dealer and ask for help. Brother hoops are easy to fit, I have worked with over 10 different Brother machines and the hoops all go on smoothly

Yes I think it's a problem with that particular hoop as the other one goes on fine each time.

Most hoops have a screw that you can loosen and tighten - have you done that?

Been thinking about your hoop problem. Is there a chance the dealer gave you the wrong one? In a new owner's class recently, a student could not attach her embroidery unit and it turns out that 3 weeks previously she had been given one for a different machine. No wonder she couldn't make it work!!!
