Heres a good tip for all you Embroiderers that end up reverse sewing I Embroidered 2 Towels and the person they were for spelt the names wrong after un picking the names I noticed a certain amount of the colour fibres stayed in the Towels as I wanted them as new I resorted to my trusty Two Dollar Lint Roller from the cheap shop rolled it front and back and wallar!!!!!!! not a spec of thread colour to be seen I re stitched the names and you wouldnt even know it was changed

Those lint rollers are ideal to use on any project after finishing as well. Any stray thread are removed in one go - towels, fleece and other fabrics with pile look so fresh after that.

Great hint. I always forget about the lint roller and I do keep one in the sewing room. Hugs. Nan W

I'm glad you were able to save the towels. Sticky tape or the Lint Rollers are always a good item to have in your sewing area.

Great idea! I love those cheap stores. Hope you were able to collect an appropriate fee for having to re-do the towels. Unpicking--especially on terrycloth--is no easy task.
