ok girls i have gone scarf nuts. I went last Sat. to the flea market 2 hours one way from here and i told the lady .I want to make them 80 inches long . I measured my old fleece and it was 60 inches wide.So i said i will take 1.5 meters .Well darn its only 44 wide now not 60 .I could have cried when i got home .So i made scarves not with the hat in it like i had wanted.Thanks for letting me wineeeeeeee lol hugs carolyn

Lovely scarves regardless of size.Polar fleece & track suit fabrics are usually 60ins or 150cm wide ,if not wider you were very unlucky to end up with such a narrow width.I keep a small wind up tape measure in the glove box ,so if I want to measure something that I am not sure about it is just a walk back to the car

These scarves will be welcome gifts where you live,here in Texas it was 80 degrees today but tomorrow will have a cold spell in the 60's. Brrrrrrr! No snow around here anytime soon and I'm not complaining
