yes, it has a suede dry liner inside with a built in pocket to add the absorbent microfibre padded washable insert, also water proof

this was a quick sew pattern that i made adjustments too, combined other free download patterns to make the nappy. A friends little grandson recieved a few before i was happy with the end nappy.(sorry have no link)
