Can anyone tell me how to get Geisha 1 at Turquoise. I DL it but nothing came thru. I got 2 thru 5. Thanks

I have no trouble with Turquoise, did you click on the word LINK ?

I got them a while back. I went to stitch them and saw that nothing came thru for #1. I looked on their site back quite a way and never found #1 again
