18 days is a long time even if it is free. I guess the trick is to order before you are completely out. I have a couple of orders coming from different companies.They give me tracking numbers but when I click on them there is no info. It tells me it's being updated. This is also annoying.

That is very unusual for that site. I've always gotten my order within a few days, not weeks. Perhaps they had some sort of problem...like they were out of stock of an item and were waiting for it. UPS is late on their deliveries too. They are behind a day or two from the "delivery" date that they state. So it still may not arrive today.

I just placed an order from them, this week and they say it should arrive by Dec 19 or 20th.

tis the season of slow delivery

The order came. World Weidner didnt contact me to say anything was back ordered. I would of understood that. But oh well I have the order and all is well with the world.

This surprises me, must be the time of year as I always seem to get my order before I realize it. Perhaps the delay wasn't on their end but rather UPS. At least you got it & like Bevintx says it couldn't hurt to let them know you were disappointed-they won't know if you don't tell them.
