Just to let you know, I have had my Brother 7x5 fixed, we took it up to the shop and left it while we spent hours looking around Chesterfield. Piched it up, it cost £90,
when i got home it was doing the same nothing had changed. I had to take it back,and another day was lost... and this time they did fix it... so ha ho big machine up and working . bit to late for most things for Christmas, but thought i would let you know, and thanks to all who gave advise to me to try and fix it.

I collected my brand new Brother 5x7 hoop yesterday. It was $79.00 - so 90 pounds seems dear to me! I can't wait to try it out. Hope yours is now going well. Love and blessings Chris

Remind me not to go to Chesterfield to get my machine serviced. Where I take my machine it gets a little label put on it with the date and the problem. It is returned with any bits that have been replaced so I can see the job has been done. They also are excellent at giving info over the phone. Hope you enjoyed Chesterfield, its years since I visited there

Can I ask where it is you take yours. I am not very impresed with the servise I got.

Glad your machine is up and running again. It is frustrating to have to go back multiple times.
