I really loved Tippi/Mildreds wreath sew much in fact that I had to try it out for myself, I searched the internet just like Susan said & found this site with a tutorial with pictures, & although she did hers in a couple of hours I took abit longer then that. But still it only took me 3 & a 1/2 sew not too bad. I really like it & will have to finish it up all fancy with quilting & a bow but for those of you thinking about doing one yourself it is really easy. Even if you don't have the right ruler as my pic shows here I did the squares with an 8" ruler & then made my own 6.5" square & it works just great! what do you think for 3.5hrs work?the first picture is how you sew the blocks & then the rulers that I used & the last picture is what it looks like after you cut it out & put them back together! I have to say if I was doing this block by block it would have taken me alot longer ALOT LONGER!

because I have used a bigger ruler the finished pc is pretty big as it measures 42"x42" & I think that I will add a dark green all the way around it! It will be for a table center pc.

At first I thought the first picture was the back side. Amazing that a few cuts produced the finished wreath. Very pretty fabrics.

Very nice. This design is so much fun. It looks complicated but it is easy enough for a beginner. You really feel like you've accomplished something when you're finished. Glad you found the tutorial. Hugs, Susan
