hello cuties, & happy New Year to all. I have made some hats this winter for adults & the little kids have fallen for them sew my question is this: I have measured their circumference of their heads but I don't know how tall to make the hat? How many inches high should it be? This is a picture of the style that I am doing.any help is always appreciated TIA Hugs Loralye

I admit that I do this kind of thing by eye rather than measure! It will need to be nearly as tall as the adult version is the best I can offer.

see I was thinking that this would be too tall? maybe I should just make it that tall & then cut it down to whatever looks the best? thanks for your help Sue. The kids just wanted to wear my & dh's home with them LOL your pattern is a big hit! Hugs Loralye
