I have been making this same pettiskirt for the past four years from Marthas site...it is just beautiful and really very easy...it is the Kaiya Eve original pettiskirt that brought little girls back to the pettiskirts! If you look at the Kaya Eve site, these start at $100 for a 6mo old baby...I highly recommend making for anyone with little girls...
