Just had to show u girls what i got for Christmas .
This fits under my computer desk and i petal on it everyday.
John walks /runs on the tresd mill and i petal till it quits .
Hope by next month to have lost a few pounds lol .

I use the exact same thing! wow what are the odds! too funny. This is what has helped me after my surgeries were over because I had to stay inside & it is also great to alleviate leg cramps due to vericoise veins too. Or sew I have been told. Hugs Loralye

Looks like it can work!! I have purchased so many excercise machines that don't feel good. This is a really good idea!
