Hi Cuties: I thought I would share this idea with you. I have not made any yet, but have them on my To-Do-List.\
They are napkins folded to look like a Christmas tree, done with a two sided half circle

Hi Carolyn: I never saw them before, my cousin showed me the ones she is making.
there quick and easy i had one side plain and i embroidered a c/mas design on each one

Saw a similar tree napkin made with a whole circle. Probably has something to do with the size of the circle or half circle that you use. Found a link to the whole circle ones.

a half circle would probably sit better on your lap.. thanks for sharing this will make not for next xmas or maybe other fabrics for family dinners to

There is a nice illustrated tutorial in the project section of EmbroideryLibrary posted a couple of years ago, that also has placement lines for embroidery designs - easier than trial and error to get them lined up nicely.

I saw something like this done except it made a sewing pouch to hold scissors with a small pocket to hold thread thumble and needle real cute. .
