I went on her homepage and looked for the contact which was possible via e-mail. Unfortunately she didn't mention her real name so I only started my message with Hello.....

her name is Caroline :o)
I presume that her mom died cause she was away in England in october to take care for her (that's when she asked on her webpage for somebody to convert designs in ART cause she was away from her won computer).
