We have a two month break from teaching, and it is so cold and drab, that we spur of the moment flew to Thailand for a week of basking in the sun, oh was that lovely. We rode elephants, and zip lined through the jungle, and stayed near the night market. Foreigners were everywhere who spoke our language. Heavenly.
We came home to cold weather, a broken lock on our apartment, and couldn't get in. My computer is having fits, slow and not easy to get on the Internet.

Oh Terri, I bet that was wonderful for you - I do hope that nothing was taken from your aparment. So sorry for the slowness on the Internet. It has been extremely cold here. You are not missing a thing.

I am so glad you got to take a break to enjoy the sunshine. Hopefully the broken lock and slow computer will not stop you from taking another break sometime.

Oh, how cool, glad you had such a wonderful time! Sorry about the bummer coming home, but then, coming home can be a bummer anyway all by itself. Glad you got to go & that you enjoyed yourselves!
