Do not use the cart. Click on the picture of the design you want which brings you to another page where on the right side you can click on the format you need. That will start the download.

You purchased a membership to Cute Embroidery, and you can download any design on this site for free with your membership. You have to sign in with the same name you purchased the membership with, the same e-mail address, everything, or it won't recognize you. Once you sign in, which should be the same way you signed in to post this message, do as Crafter says, go to the design you want, click on the design, DO NOT put it in your cart. Putting it in the cart confuses the website into thinking you're not a member and are purchasing something. Once you click on the design and get to the page with the size, stitch number, etc, go to the right side to Members Download. You'll get to the page where you can choose your format and download the design.

Your membership is to Cute Embroidery. Cute Alphabets, Amazing Embroidery, etc. are DIFFERENT sites, and have different purchasing requirements. While these are all sister sites, owned by the same person, they are each separate sites. Your membership is to the Cute Embroidery site only, and you have access to everything on this site for free. If you want something from the Cute Alphabets site, you'll have to purchase it there. But do check out all the many alphabets here on this site, I think there are about 50 or so, and some of them have been posted on the Cute Alphabets site as well.
