I drew this chick for dil as a gift. It Applique to towel topper. I used elastic on back and a stiff stablizer like use for fabric baskets and gave fabric backing. Thanks to Carolyn for the suggestion. Thought I would share see if you all like.

looks great,I have also used elastic on the back so you can change the towel, I also use a plain plastic bangle(bracelet) like the kids wear, and put it in the centre of the large towel toppers, tied in place with fabric tape, you can then pass your towel through the bangle (not sure what everyone calls them)...wendy
