Just a quick update. I'm at the hospital and the surgery will be sometime tomorrow afternoon. The day was spent having tests, etc. They will only be operating on my right eye, left one they will do in 6 weeks.
The tests showed that my right eye has -30 dioptrine and my left has -22. No wonder I couldn't see!!! Was a BIG shock, my contacts were for -18/-15 and I thought that was practicaly blind!
Will try and give an update tomorrow after the surgery. Thanks you all so much for your thoughts, prayers and uplifting comments!
