Tomorrow my ex mother is 104 years old. She is extremely ill in hospital in England at the moment. My ex husband is not coping with the stress, having looked after her the last 5 years. I have just heard my youngest daughter Emma is flying out of Johannesburg tonight to be with her dad. She will be away for 6 days. I just feel numb and helpless. Please spare a thought for them all. Hugs Sarah.

Yes of course, it is so hard to loose someone you love...and you are a loving person to care about your ex.

Having that kind of stress is so hard. I know your daughter is suffering and that makes it hard on you too. My prayers are being sent for them.

So sorry that she is so ill, and hope she improves. She definitely has been blessed with longevity, and I'm certain she feels loved by all of you at this time. Praying for strength and peace for all of you, Sarah. There is always love and concern for those who were a special part of our life.
Hugs to YOU!
Angel

Thank you Angel. I do not think she will last much longer - after all she has reached a great age and when she is lucid she says that she is ready to go.

Will be praying for Emma's safe trip and for her grandmother. It is hard not to worry being so far away. Hugs.

Thank you all for your kind words. Heard from Emma this morning - she had arrived at Heathrow, it was still very dark and she said freezing. She was on her way to get a train to Bristol. I am sure I will hear from her later. Hugs to all. Sarah.

I've only just read this message. How are things going? Did your daughter arrive safely?

Will send up prayers for all.
