Help Ive only had my new futura for less than a week Its been working fine but just broke 2 needles and now wont even turn on : ( x

I also had a new Futura and it was nothing but problems,sewed beautifully but would not embroider.bad tension problems. Mine went back for a full refund. I would return it.

Oh dear ive got it working again but the back keeps knotting up and it says the top threads broke when its not x

If you broke needles, you may have damaged the bobbin case. It is way too easy with the Futura to ruin a bobbin case with one broken needle. Take it to a qualified repair shop. If they have to replace parts, you may want to return it. I found that my machine lasted for years after the initial bobbin case broke. I think it lasted so long because I changed the needle often and I babysat the thing for every stitch.
If you decide to keep it, make sure you read the manual and all help files as you learn your machine. Once I figured the machine and its quirks out, I enjoyed it. Good luck!
