You can set the program to update automatically.

If you have the program then open it and look under the Help Tab at the top of the open program and click on Auto updates and make sure to place a check there.
When updates are available you will get a box pop up when you open the program on your computer and it will ask if you want to update, Just follow the instructions to do the update.

Sometimes you are better to uninstall the program from your computer and then go to the website and download the newest version.
