Hi everyone, I've been sewing this gorgeous OLD MAN WINTER SANTA today and I'm thrilled with him. He is the last in the series now from Evy Hawkins at A Bit of Stitch. I still have 2 more to do to make them even up on the quilt. Maybe next week! Hope you like him. Love and blessings Chris
P.S. Got my Husqvarna Designer 1 back from Thorpes - it's been in there for a couple of weeks as the fan belt kept coming off. It was fixed on a Friday and then broke again that afternoon, so back in on Saturday. They rang me yesterday to say it's ready and Maarten decided it needed a new motor as well as a new fan belt. So now it's running like a dream and he only charged me for the parts! Now that's what I call a great dealer and he is always so helpful.

Hang on to that dealer! He's one in a million!! Santa looks GREAT! I love Evy's designs. Had a class she taught at one of Martha Pullen's schools & she is one very organized, great teacher! She's ever over your way, be sure & go to a class taught by her, if you can.

Hi Anita, no this fabric is fur. So when I finished the design I combed/plucked out the fur from the stitches with a very fine needle! Mad hey? Love Chris
