Hi Jerrilyn, I'm impressed that you do Yoga. My daughter does Hot Yoga - but me, well I can't due to carpal tunnel operations a few years ago and I now don't have the strength to support myself. Great job on the tops. How on earth did you embroider the R on the pink top? Did you attach extra fabric when it was placed in the hoop to make sure it was all hoop? etc.etc.etc. Love Chris

Chris, Yoga can be modified for any injury. You can do all of the poses that involve wrists on your forearms. I did it that way to start with as I had a week wrist.
I hooped stabilizer and sprayed it with Sulky KK2000 and pinned it and then put WSS on top.
I think Hot Yoga would cause me to have a stoke!
